Marketing Operations Manager
Edelman Financial Services, one of the nation's largest and most well-known financial planning firm, is seeking a skilledMarketing Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing team. The Marketing Operations Manager will report directly to the Director, Marketing Operations in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that support prospect lead generation, client retention, and business development objectives. The Marketing Operations Manager partners with internal and external stakeholders to effectively execute successful campaigns and maximize resources. Responsibilities:Coordinate and formalize special projects as they pertain to the EFS brand, financial education, marketing assets creation and promotion, community involvement, and more.Manage and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives and campaigns that generate leads and improve retention, with particular focus on setting schedules and managing milestone dates/deliverables.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (specifically vendors), to ensure accurate and timely project deliverability.Work closely with the Director to implement new policies and procedures and tightly ensures they are followed properly.Assist the Marketing Team in driving the marketing calendar; Responsible for ensuring timely execution while staying on budget.Prepare status reports for above management on systematic basis or as required.Participate in other initiatives to support the efforts of the Marketing Operations team, such as researching, analyzing, and presenting process improvement opportunities.The individual identifies opportunities and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.Position requires high level of responsibility regarding confidential information; must maintain confidentiality at all times.
