Job DescriptionBaltimore County Field Technician - 0125Location: Baltimore, MDSchedule: Full TimeShift Work: YesWork Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility) with availability for overtime Job DescriptionCandidates will provide regional field computer repair and support in Baltimore County, MD. The Field Technician will be responsible for diagnosing/troubleshooting of hardware issues reported by customers, ordering parts, replacing components, and may include reimaging of equipment.RequirementsA+ certification required; HP or Lenovo certifications preferable, with aptitude to obtain additional vendor certifications.Able to travel regionally in Baltimore County, MD providing hardware and software support for our customer base.Demonstrated experience with servicing desktop/laptop/tablet/printer hardware.Able to manage a ticket queue, provide updates, and close tickets in a timely mannerAbility to receive and return parts in a timely manner, possibly from your locationMeticulous usage and maintenance of DalyA cents € (TM) s service management system as well as compliance with all Daly and customer processes and proceduresAccurate and on time submittal of timesheets and expense reports via AutotaskOther duties as assignedApplicants must pass a Criminal Background check, Drug Test, and have a reasonably clear driving record.
