This job is for you if youA cents € (TM) re ready to play a leading role in radically changing commerce in the B2B Community.Responsibilities:Continuously assess customer needs, technology trends, and major competitors.Contribute to the development of business plans, forecasting, pricing and positioning of the product offering Gather feature requirements from key customers (end customers, product marketing, and business development, etc.) for designing new products and services.Determine new product features, with a mobile-first approach, and take them from ideation to launch/success evaluationDevelop and maintain strategic product roadmap and priorities. Maintain a high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyManage the product backlogPartner with marketing teams to develop product positioning and collaterals.Write product briefs and specifications, and collaborate with design, launch management, IT and marketing teams to drive new product initiatives.Support business development teams as subject matter expert on key opportunities.Lead go-to-market team to a successful launch, including collaborating on marketing and sales launch plansUnderstand competitor offerings, including technology, market share, and competitive advantagesDevelop product materials including presentations, and competitive analysisCollaborate with product marketing and deliver sales training for the sales and support teamsMonitor, analyze and report on customer / user feedbackQualifications:5-10 years of experience in SaaS product management in a fast-paced software development environment using an Agile process and acting as the Product Owner for Sprint teamsDemonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent field. MBA a plus.Start-up experience is preferableProven track record of launching new products, managing product releases and developing go-to-market strategiesMust successfully partner with internal stakeholders from various parts of the organization and drive results within the groupProficiency in Microsoft business productivity applicationsExcellent analytical skills and detail oriented.Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication, time management, and presentation skills.Live within a commutable distance of Ashburn, VA.
