We offer a welcoming environment that focuses on innovative service delivery, hiring competent staff, and great customer service.Brighter, Stronger Foundation is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor to work in our Therapeutic Behavioral Service Program. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, with a passion to work with children and families with mental health disorders. Must possess strong organizational skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.The Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) program at Brighter, Stronger Foundation is designed to support at-risk youth to remain at home or in the lowest possible level of care. Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, Behavioral Health Staff work with the child and family in the home to implement techniques that reduce problematic or dangerous behavior and promote a safe, productive living environment.The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for assisting families and direct care workers to meet the individual needs of the children and their families. Under the direction of the Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services, the Clinical Supervisor, is responsible for the direct supervision and support of staff assigned to families.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Assists Clinical Director in all aspects of development and implementation of programOversees maintenance of client files to state and agency standardsAssist with the management of incoming cases and ensures adequate caseload and productivityCompletes assessments and develops treatment plan goals for all clients and familiesAssigns cases to appropriate staff and oversees their workParticipates in the screening and selection of potential staff membersSupervises support staff, provides staff development and trainingProvides ongoing guidance to staff regarding behavioral interventions and mental health needs of clientsAttends and facilitates staff and individual meetingsConducts regular evaluations of staff performanceAttends clinical and team meetingsParticipates as a member of the clinical team, in trainings, staff development and outreach as neededSupervise all aspects of the TBS programThe ideal candidate will have experience with individual and family services. Successful candidates will have demonstrated clinical knowledge in treatment of children with mental health disorders. Candidate will have strong supervisory skills and program management skills.Some evenings and weekends meetings may be required.Qualifications:A minimum of 1 year post MasterA cents € (TM) s Degree experience providing clinical/therapy/supervisory work, and a current license in the state of Maryland.
