You are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and addressing the details of any component of employee development, management, benefits, or culture.In this role, you will work with leadership to translate business needs into human capital requirements and will identify, develop and execute corporate recruiting, onboarding, performance management, human capital development, benefits administration, and strategic human resources and personnel issue management services. You will maintain a warm, productive and aspirational working environment for our people. You will communicate the needs and wants of the employees to the leadership team, develop programs to address those needs and ensure their continued success. You will be an evangelist of innovative solutions to improve happiness and productivity within our organization.ResponsibilitiesA' . Develop and lead human resource practices and objectives that will deliver an exceptional experience to employees throughout their journey - from hiring, onboarding, developing, and off-boardingA' . Continuously monitor employment laws and regulations, policies, programs, tools, resources and best practices of other organizationsA' . Oversees the interview and hiring process for all positionsA' . Manage and optimize our performance management processA' . Leads, facilitates, and improves quarterly goal-setting that includes performance development plansA' . Partner with each department to develop and acquire training programs for employees at all levels that meet a variety of skill levels and developmental needsA' . Maintain employee handbook of policies and procedures, keeping it up to date and in compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practicesA' . Administer benefits, including health and welfare, as well as retirement savings plan, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirementsA' . Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivationA' . Manage unemployment claims, leave of absence requests, catastrophic leaveA' . Counsel/coach supervisors or people managers on policies, procedures and problem-solvingA' . Foster transparency and interdepartmental communication through innovative approachesA' . Foster a workplace of continuous feedback, driving a healthy culture of learning and accountabilityA' . Manage third parties who provide services and employee benefits to our organization.RequirementsA' . BachelorA cents € (TM) s degreeA' . Resume that shows steady progression in HR Management for the last 7+ yearsA' . Experience working in a small or medium enterprise and participating in set up or transformation of HR functions and featuresBonus PointsA' . Advanced degree from a top tier graduate school (MBA or Masters in HRM preferred)A' . Strong evidence of stretch assignments that demonstrate superior performance in previous rolesA' . Startup experience, software business experienceA' . OKRs (Objectives + Key Results) methodology familiarityA' . Experience with rapid and complex changing work environmentA' .
