Come and help us make health care better for everyone.Responsible for strategic alignment and integration across projects/programs in support of Quality Management DMHC Undertakings process while improving administrative efficiency. Defines projects required to support programs and partners to ensure their implementation on time, within budget and with benefits realized. May assists in the planning and direction of budgets. Manages the Quality Management DMHC Undertakings program, in collaboration with other internal stakeholders to drive and monitor for continuous improvement. Organizes the interdepartmental activities and may perform operational responsibilities. Participates cross-functionally in business planning to support the Quality Management strategy. May be responsible for assembling a project team, assigning and monitoring work of team members and providing guidance and leadership. Responsibilities Responsible for large/complex projects/programs. Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. Provides input into designing strategies for alignment with business unit goals and objectives. As part of a broader management team may have influence on business unit, or function strategies and objectives. May act as the business unit liaison to corporate initiatives and projects. Knowledge of company products, functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures. Generally requires Bachelors degree or equivalent and 6-8 years of experience in the related area. Masters degree strongly preferred. Previous project management experience required.
