Provide a single point of contact (source) for the full-range of Company transportation services regardless of geographic location or customer and/or event. Provide transportation expertise and solutions for client transportation requirements. Handle all planning and coordination between the client and transportation service providers. Effectively communicate all requirements for M&E transportation. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: A minimum of 1-year experience with the Carey reservation process at CI Central Reservations. Call Center experience is highly desirable. Event and meeting management experience is highly desired. Skills: Superior proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access). Proficient in the Carey Reservations System (CES). Detail and process-oriented. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Able to actively listen, comprehend and effectively handle challenging customer requests. Able to manage time with effective prioritization. Pro-active, able to work independently.
