Job Description: Prepares and cooks resident meals according to menus and standardized recipes; estimates quantity of food needed to serve residents and staff meals, minimizing overages and shortages; follows all safety guidelines such as utilizing proper food handling and sanitation techniques; directs and coordinates the activities of dietary personnel in all aspects of food production and ensures food is handled, prepared and stored according to regulations.
