Office Assistant (Current Secret Clearance Required)
**Position requires a Secret Security Clearance** The Office Assistant position performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of the In-Service Engineering Agent, providing direct support to the customer on-site. The successful candidate must project a professional appearance and attitude.
- Performs a variety of general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and correspondence, answering phones, filing, and sorting and distributing mail, in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group or customer. Prepares and types correspondence, reports, presentation materials, and memoranda. Answers and screens telephone calls and responds to routine inquiries. Prepares and maintains files and other records. Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. May take dictation and transcribe notes. May design spreadsheets and maintain simple databases. Compiles various contract, program, and technical data and prepares weekly status reports based on the results. Participates in special projects as required.
- Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
