The ISD Associate Quality Representative is responsible for the execution of the ISD Quality Management Plan in alignment with GDIT's ISO-9001:2008 certified quality management system (QMS). The ISD Associate Quality Representative also promotes the proactive identification, quantification, correction, and transparency of quality issues. The ISD Associate Quality Representative coordinates with the ISD Quality Manager to ensure program requirements are aligned with GD's quality goals, assures customer satisfaction with services provided by ISD staff, and conducts process and service audits to confirm compliance with GD policies, procedures and instructions.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
• Executes the ISD Quality Management Plan.
• Defines quality control responsibilities and educates staff on GDIT Quality Management
• Conducts internal quality audits of ISD programs
• Develops training service quality improvement plans
• Ensures division understanding of and compliance with GDIT policies and procedures.

This position will be located within the Washington DC metro area.

Some travel required

Education 1. Requires a High School Diploma or GED.

 2. Associates Degree preferred

Qualifications 3-5 years of related experience in  quality assurance.

 

Equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience.
• Applied knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in quality assurance and adult execution.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Understanding of the training delivery principles and best practices and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Ability to review, test and evaluate the work of others.
