Assistant Property Manager
Well established real estate firm in Tysons, VA is looking for a full time assistant to support busy property management staff. Duties include providing clerical support to multiple people, answering phone calls from residential & commercial tenants, maintaining work tickets, logbooks & office equipment, ordering supplies, preparing formal correspondence & sorting mail. Must be detail oriented, a team player, follow instructions & have excellent communication skills. Professional demeanor & polished telephone manners essential. Must have Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred, 3 years previous office experience, real estate & customer service experience a plus.
