Ridgewells Catering is seeking a Sales Associate to support an Event Designer. Responsibilities will include planning and coordinating events, managing assigned accounts, attending meetings and events, acting as liaison between the customer and various departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled and assisting the Event Designer in achieving monthly sales goals. The individual will also be responsible for entering event and sales information into event software, receiving and responding to phone-in customers, reconciling Event Analysis Reports, attending site-visits and tastings, and all administrative functions. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, and Publisher. Applicant should have effective communication skills and a pleasant and helpful personality, the ability to work as part of a team, and be able to handle multiple projects, and remain organized while meeting deadlines. Preference for hospitality/food service experience.
