GLOBAL EHS REGULATORYCONSULTANT
Global EHS Regulatory Consultant:
Monitor, analyze and report new Environmental Health and Safety regulatory and policy developments. Maintain and develop compliance assurance tools for the specific country of expertise at Federal and State levels in standard company formats, including the following: Compliance audit protocols and checklist (Audit Protocols or APs); Narrative profiles of EHS administrations and regulatory requirements (Country Profiles or CPs); and Electronic libraries of EHS regulatory tests for specific operations and facilities (Regulatory Registers or RRs). Respond to client questions on EHS requirements and programs including helpline and specific consultant assignments.
Requirements: Master's degree in EHS, Legal Studies, International Law, Administrative law, or closely related field. Advanced Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and/or Safety law. Knowledge of Administrative law and Regulatory law.
