Responsibilities* Plans, conducts and documents tests on products, systems and components * Coordinates test requirements, determines test methods and capabilities. * Conducts tests, analyzes data and documents results* Preparing written reports and making recommendations for procedural changes * Perform the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of components, instruments and assemblies * Performing hand set-ups for digital tests, recognizing failures and set-up problems, and determining need for appropriate verification * Troubleshoots and resolves test-related problems.Qualifications: Basic Qualifications (Required) A minimum of an Bachelors Degree is required Experience reading and working from schematics and assembly drawings is required The ability to communicate in engineering terminology related to testing, failures and improvements The ability to obtain a Secret clearance post hire is required Self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment Experience with testing and troubleshooting of radio frequency (RF) technology About Aerotek: Our people are everything.
