ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES: Analyze and distribute prior week sales snapshot to operations team Review and approve distribution of weekly store level PL (Sales / COGS / Labor vs Goals) Monitor daily cash position making necessary transfers from accounts to cover liability payments Monitor and assist as needed in the reconciling any data set not accounting properly in any one system (Micros / Brink / Compeat / CTUIT) Review non-recurring invoices and instruct on proper posting Review and provide direction on any changes to recurring JE's Download verify and import payroll GL Export from ADP to Compeat Review and post new store build out invoices Approve / authorize weekly / monthly payments Authorize or facilitate any payments outside of normal payment schedule (weekly or monthly) Period / monthly Review and approve period end store level PL Create periodic full EBITDA PL on individual store unit and consolidated basis Execute Private Equity report template for distribution Reconcile bank statements Review and approve sales tax payments Report catering sales and calculate period catering sales commission Calculate period end General Manager and Shift Lead bonuses Calculate quarter end Corporate Bonuses Annual ongoing and Special Project POC for systems set up and integration (Micros / Brink / Compeat / CTUIT / Olo / Level Up) Review and assist in new menu implementation as it pertains to proper coding for all systems above POC for all non-employee benefit insurance products and renewals (WC, Gen Liab, Non-Owned Auto, DO, Cyber, EPLI) POC for new entity formation for new store units in various localities POC for tax account applications for new store units in various localities POC for Merchant Processing Accounts POC for annual Audit and tax filings Ensure on time filing of business license renewals to maintain compliance and good standing Create annual budget for total company and individual store unitsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to implement and continually refine the financial structure of Taylor Gourmet Demonstrate passion for the company mission and ability to imbue the company culture to all levels Strong communication skills marked by an open and approachable demeanor Strong systems and administrative skills Superior analytical and quantitative skills, expert with Microsoft Excel A desire to be impactful through forensic accounting and process improvement.
