Asurion's Retail SCM & Product Analytics Team is responsible for developing data driven products and support Retail Product & SCM functions with advanced analytics to drive results. Working with cutting edge technologies spanning from machine learning to AWS tools, Asurion's Analytics Teams use quantitative data analytics at scale spanning across a multitude of business lines. As a member of Asurion's Data Analytics team, you will be shaping the future of retail analytics landscape and contributing to high visibility, high impact strategic initiatives around product performance, forecasting & optimization projects. Role and Responsibilities: Support building analytical capabilities to drive growth, efficiencies, and automation across end-to-end retail product analytics around customer experience, segmentation, product performance, service fulfillment, network management etc. Work with key stakeholders to help drive improvements throughout the entire customer life-cycle. Lead a team of analysts to identify opportunities, drive result, create tools and data products and recommend actions.Build well-designed data solutions, define metrics, self-service dashboard tools and analytic capabilities for business consumersPartner with the business and translate the business needs into well managed analytic solution with insights and data visualizationAnalyze retail customer life-cycle events, performance KPIs, cost metrics, and other related subject areasPassionate about industry trends in analytics, tools and help drive innovative data productsLead multiple analytics projects across retail functions & data platformsParticipate in Product Discovery Teams, develop A/B Testing strategies, develop prototypes, success metrics and provide recommendationsTell a story with data, present insights, and recommendations to product owners & strategic decision makers Here's what you'll bring to the team: Experience:5+ years of experience in: retail, telecommunications industry, insurance / claims industry or service supply chainSkill Set:Advanced knowledge & experience with data collection, manipulation, preparation using SQL, Python etc.Ability to understand data relationships & attributes, model data to drive scalable solutions for analytic use casesAdvanced visualization experience (data transformation, charts, segmentation, etc.) to create dynamic dashboards in order to tell a story (eg TIBCO Spotfire, Tableau, D3)Solid Experience in reporting and dashboard tools like OBIEE, Microstrategy.Proficient with large data sets, analyzing at scale in a cloud, data warehouse environmentExposure to advanced analytic tools and techniques using Python, R, SAS-JMP is a plusStrong organizational skills, self-motivated with initiative, ownership, able to multi-task, and meet deadlinesEducation:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or related fieldMaster's degree preferred About Asurion: Simply put, Asurion helps people stay connected.
