Customer Service RepresentativeSusquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Wrightsville, PA (York and Lancaster County)Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking two Customer Service Representatives to work with our Service and Parts Team.Customer Service Representatives provide an outstanding customer experience and are an important part of our team. The input from this position will help fuel our growth by providing a great customer experience for every customer.Understanding the Automotive Service/Repair business is not required. A desire to continually learn and grow is required. Our Customer Service Representatives are passionate about customer satisfaction and willing to follow through with what is required.Customer Service Representatives provide valued feedback to other team members who also impact the level of service that Susquehanna provides.Customer Service Representatives maintain a positive work environment by working and communicating in a professional, courteous, respectful and ethical manner with customers and co-workers.Main Job duties consist of scheduling appointments for service customers, performing follow up and reminder calls, and collecting valuable information from the customer to ensure the best service experience.Shift Option #1 - Hours RequiredMonday - Friday: 700AM - 200PMEvery Other Saturday: 700AM - 200PMShift Option #2 - Hours Required:Monday - Friday: 1200PM - 700PMEvery Other Saturday: 700AM - 200PMJob Requirements: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Prioritize incoming workflow approximately 45 calls per day Excellent listening and communication skills Call Center Experience is preferred Customer Service experience Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word High Volume Data entry as well as Keyboard navigation and accuracy Read, Speak and Write English Basic Math skills High school diploma or GED
