Aerotek is hiring for a Human Resource Assistant to support our client near Annapolis, MD.Job Duties:Verifies that all new-hires & transfers have obtained the required licensure and certifications based on the position descriptions.Verifies licensure and certification renewals utilizing various tools and our clients HRIS.Performs various data entry and scanning copies of licenses and certifications for record keeping.Communicated issues with other staff and leadershipProvides back up coverage to the front desk staff.Supports the recruitment process by creating new employee files, auditing, assisting with events, scheduling interviews, and other miscellaneous duties. Qualifications:5+ years of experience working in an administrative setting with proven increasing levels of responsibility.Experience working in healthcare compliance or credentialing is a plus.Experience with People Fluent is a plusBachelors in Human Resources or Healthcare preferred.
