Vencore is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/DisabledResponsibilities:Prepares and/or conducts training programs, teaches classes, holds seminars and discussion groups. Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel. Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Formulates teaching outline in conformance with selected instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such training methods as individual coaching, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments. Confers with management, employees and clients to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies. Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, meetings and workshops.TS SCI with Poly Requires 2 to 5 years with BS/BA or 0 to 2 years with MS/MA.* Experience with acquisition and project management desired* Experience supporting IT domain or IC desired* Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business or technical discipline* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.* **Must have active TS/SCI with Poly**
