Primary Responsibilities: Serve as a resource to the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing both passive and active candidates to assist with difficult searches and high volume recruitment activity Assist in creating sourcing strategies to target, identify, map, and engage potential candidates Monitor and track market developments, identifying significant industries, people, and company trends to highlight potential candidate pools for active and pipeline searches Perform online research for resume and candidate profiles using job boards, social networking sites, internet research, etc. Identify and attend industry events to network and attract qualified talent into the organization Evaluate profiles of potential candidates and performs preliminary phone screen assessments (availability, interest, salary range, relocation needs, and to confirm candidates meet basic qualifications) Evaluate motivators of passive and active candidates, and influence candidate decision-making, selling them on the opportunity to come and work with a security industry leader. We are an equal opportunity employer.Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of solid sourcing experience Bachelor's Degree preferred Subject matter expert experience using social media sites (ie LinkedIn, FaceBook) Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) via AIRS, Social Talent or another similar talent sourcing and/or recruiting certifications preferred Demonstrated proficiency, and interest, in utilizing social media, conducting internet research, and utilizing internet sourcing tools Experience using tools and generating sourcing ideas outside of the traditional recruitment methods Experience in developing strong relationships through establishing trust and credibility with colleagues Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, ever changing environment Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail Desired skills 1-2 years of fast-paced high volume Military or Security Industry sourcing experience Experience successfully building relationships (in sales, recruiting, or other relationship based models and networks) Ability to work independently and driving results proactively Strong attention to detail and accountability for results
