Procurement System Specialist

Key Role:

Provide direct, client facing functional and technical support to DoD and Army procurement systems, including the Standard Procurement System - Army (SPS-A), Federal Procurement Data System - Next Generation (FPDS-NG), General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), and others. Develop documentation and knowledge articles to train and educate the Army procurement community on best practices and functional requirements within the procurement systems. Respond to end user service requests for account maintenance and functional support. Review new or revised DoD or Army initiatives, including upcoming and proposed system changes for possible impact on the various systems and make recommendations to the government.

Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience in working with DoD or Army procurement systems, including SPS-A, GFEBS, or FPDS-NG

-Ability to work directly with, and communicate clearly to, Army procurement end users and Army procurement senior leaders

-Active Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with customer relationship management (CRM) tools for the Army or DoD

-BA or BS degree in Business, CS, or a related field

-ITIL Foundations Certification
