Claims Support Supervisor
Seeking a full-time Claims Support Supervisor for a position located at our Leader Heights location. This position assists in the maintenance and integrity of system functions throughout Glatfelter Claims Management, Inc. and participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of internal operations. The position involves communication with external customers and internal associates. The Claims Support Supervisor directs, organizes, prioritizes, and plans the daily work efforts of the Claims Support team. Prior experience with a variety of software systems and programs, including document imaging systems, Claims systems, Word, and Excel. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills The ability to design and coordinate workflows designed to route incoming correspondence and register new claims in a timely manner Discretion with confidential information A college degree is preferred, along with prior supervisory experience. Additional insurance related course study may be required.
