Community Residences, Inc. provides community based behavioral consultative services to adults with disabilities in the Northern Virginia area and we are looking to add a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to our team. The ideal team member will be a highly motivated, energetic, well-organized individual with a demonstrated ability to work and communicate with a variety of people.The BCBA/BCaBA is responsible for providing accurate behavioral assessments, development of individualized behavior programs, and implementation of programs to individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness diagnoses. Typical responsibilities include completing functional assessments, developing behavior support plans, training and participating in dynamic service teams. This position is flexible in scheduling and provides opportunities to work in a wide array of environments. Therefore, a professional attitude, approach to daily work and overall appearance are essential.The candidate must be board certified and licensed as a BCBA/BCaBA in the state of Virginia, and possess a Master's degree or Bachelor's in a human services field. Knowledge of Medicaid-waiver and licensing regulations in Virginia is a plus. BCBAs/BCaBAs should be able to work independently as well as collaborate within a team. This position requires travel within the greater Northern Virginia area, so a valid driver's license and transportation are also required.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Completion of functional behavioral assessments, and development of behavior intervention plans for adults with intellectual disabilities Program and client specific training to on-site staff Behavioral observations and role model plan implementation to staff Analysis of behavioral data for preparation of quarterly reports, and attendance of IDT meetings Attending local human rights and behavior management committees to present quarterly reports Completion of all behavioral and clinical documentation as required by CR, licensure, and other regulatory agencies Other duties as assignedLocation: Loudoun County, Arlington County and Fairfax County, VASchedule: Days & Hours vary (40 hours/week) *Flexible schedule Full-time and contract positions available.Minimum Qualifications Required: BCBA Master's degree in related human services field.
