Customer Service RepresentativeRockland Industries, Inc. is an established US textile manufacturer of branded and globally recognized specialty textiles products. Our manufacturing operations are located domestically in South Carolina with product shipments that expand internationally. We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative located at our corporate headquarters in White Marsh, Maryland. As a vital member of our customer service team, responsibilities encompass all functional areas of customer support to insure an accurate, efficient and overall pleasant experience for our Rockland customers. We strive to maintain a strong rapport with our customers and supportive working relationship with our sales team. Job Responsibilities: Sales order processing and verification of pricing, shipping terms, and transport methods Track delivery progress and/or troubleshoot customer issues as requested Respond to general inquiries regarding products and services Maintain open communication with both internal and external customers Provide necessary support as requested by sales management Skills & Abilities: Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills Clear communication and active listening skills Excellent interpersonal and written skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook and Microsoft Office Suites Customer Service RepresentativeEducation & Experience: Associates Degree in Business/Marketing desired Customer service experience Working knowledge of SAP a plus Benefits: Competitive salary Expansive medical, vision, and dental coverage available LTD, Life Insurance, 401k , Flex Spending
