Please visit www.cmimgmt.com to learn more about our company!Summary: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnoses and repairs to facilities equipment, fixtures,and property including but not limited to: Hands on working knowledge and experience in HVAC, controls, building automation systems, carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, appliance repairs, minor grounds work, cleaning and pressure washing, and general maintenance skills required to perform a variety of duties including: sheetrock patching and finishing, hanging signs and pictures, building partitions and installing cabinets; repairing heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and pumping equipment; installation and maintenance of electric fixtures, hot water boilers, heat exchangers, air handlers, air compressors, exhaust fans, locks, hinges and closures, wall guards and protectors, ceiling tile and grid, and control devices. Identifies safety hazards; safely operates motor vehicles, vans, street sweepers, Utility task vehicle, forklifts, pallet jacks, power tools, and equipment required in the normal performance of duties. Use tact and diplomacy in interactions with employees, contractors and the general public.Qualifications: A valid driver's license is required as you will be operating Official Government Vehicles as needed.
