You can learn more about our work environment and product here: RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales and others on positioning and messaging that is compelling and highlights the unique benefits of mHelpDesk and differentiates it from other solutions in the market.- Drive copy and design testing on the website to increase engagement and sign-ups.- Assist in leading key product launches. Establish go-to-market positioning, goals, and tactics and coordinate the efforts of all constituents to track progress and ensure completion.- Work with Sales to support their efforts with messaging, presentations, demonstrations, videos, testimonials and additional content or subject matter expert support.- Coordinate with the content team to generate marketing content (presentations, blog entries, videos, social media, etc.) to support messaging and positioning.- Work with Sales to create training-related materials (FAQs, presentations and other documents) as needed.- Manage projects that may involve multi-departmental teams and/or third party vendors.- Work with Sales, Product Management, Sales and others to identify competitors, understand functional comparisons, position our solutions against others, and communicate these to Sales, Marketing, execs and other constituents in various forms.- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations including public marketing demonstrations and assist on sales and partnership opportunities.Communicate with external audiences (analysts, reporters, trade show audiences, etc.).
