Residential Case Manager-Sunrise (Full-time)DescriptionResidential Case Manager Schedule: 10am - 6pm (Various days, including weekends and holidays as needed.The primary focus of the Residential Case Manager is to assist clients by facilitating linkage to mental health, medical, social, financial, educational and other support services. The candidate in this position will identify and provide appropriate treatment interventions to help clients integrate effectively into community living. Some of the responsibilities include developing treatment goals with clients, attending treatment team meetings, advocating on behalf of clients with outside agencies and medical personnel, helping clients to obtain entitlements, medication monitoring and other duties as assigned.Residential Case Manager-Sunrise (Full-time)RequirementsThe candidate must have strong written, organizational and communication skills and know how to multitask efficiently. This is a fast paced environment and requires a person to be able to work well under pressure. Computer literacy and a good driving record is a must. BA / BS in Social Services, Human Services or Psychology required. Prior experience with Mental Health clients preferred.
