Quala is searching for a Customer Service Coordinator for our Elizabethtown, PA location . The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all office functions, including coordinating service per customer requirements and assisting the terminal manager in executing any and all management functions.Position Responsibilities Constant communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and obtain proper approvals Responsible for processing billing in a timely and accurate manner Edit and Review Wash Tickets to ensure accuracy Input Daily Revenue to track precise production numbers Works closely with corporate collections to resolve invoice discrepancies Process and Collect all COD payments via check or credit card Ensures facility adheres to company's purchasing policy and processes vendor invoices timely Call on potential customer base to attract new business Partners with the regional sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns Assist Facility Manager in tracking PTO usage for employees at terminal General clerical duties including, but not limited to: greet visitors, answer phones, maintain files, and update manuals. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in an office environment; experience in an industrial environment preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Superb organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to maintain composure under pressure and effectively deal with a wide array of people High proficiency with MS Office and other business-related software
