Job Classification: ContractAn Attorney Recruiter Job is available courtesy of Special Counsel. Our client, an international law firm has a need for a Legal Recruiter in their Washington DC office. To be considered for this position, you must have law firm recruiting experience. This is a temporary opportunity anticipated to last six months. Responsibilities: * Coordinating the summer associate program including orientation, activities, assignment coordination, etc. * Traveling on-campus and greeting candidates in hospitality suites;* Planning, supporting and attending all summer associate program events, OCI receptions, offer dinners and 1L receptions* Maintaining relationships with law school placement offices and coordinating student outreach activities; coordinating logistics and scheduling of OCI, hospitality suites, and interview dinners* Maintaining and updating all written recruiting materials, including the summer associate internal webpage, summer associate Facebook and various recruiting guidebooks* Maintaining applicant tracking system and generating reports; fielding daily recruiting/legal personnel questions from attorneys, fall associates, summer associates and lateral candidates* Receiving and reviewing incoming entry level and lateral candidate resumes* Responding to applicant inquiries and handling candidate communications; coordinating all aspects of entry-level and lateral hiring, scheduling interviews with candidates and attorneys, facilitating candidate decision-making process, preparing offer letters and coordinating the hiring process Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3+ years of comparable law firm experience. * Demonstrated ability to coordinate high-volume legal recruiting programs and event planning* Have the ability to multi-task; and have excellent creative, interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and communication skills. * Flexibility to work beyond the normal business hours when necessary, particularly evenings and weekends in the Summer and Fall. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.* Strong attention to detail* Ability to work well in both a fast paced environment and under pressure* Good judgment and problem-solving skills If you are interested in this position, then please submit your resume below or on the Special Counsel website at [Click Here to Email Your Resume]Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
