SUMMARY The Financial Analyst, under minimal or no supervision, is responsible for assisting in the direction and administration of the organization's budgeting and forecasting process. Performs functions to manage the budget/forecasting process. Prepares reports, analyzer actual results and what is analysis for management. Coordinates operational forecasts for the company and subsidiary operations. Establishes operating procedures and reporting instructions. Prepares, distributes and reviews various operating budget reports and performs analysis of related data as needed. Coordinates/assists in the preparation of a detailed rolling twelve month forecast based on marketing, sales, manufacturing, and corporate input. Assists in the planning and development of programs in accordance with company objectives. Coordinates, develops, and implements management reporting tools that allow company personnel to make informed business decisions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in analyzing and preparing monthly results for management Coordinate the preparation of all financial forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual etc.) Participate in conducting monthly P&L reviews, Assist in generating internal policies and procedures, Participate in Divisional and Corporate projects Interact with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and various other departments on business issues that impact financial projections Generate "what if" analysis based on selected financial/business assumptions Participate in the presentation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly results to management Special projects and duties as required.
