EXPERIENCE:Proven track record as an Executive ChefFine dining experience a plusProviding leadership for culinary staff QUALIFICATIONS:For this role, we arelooking for someone has strong leadership capabilities, able to lead a team anddevelop individuals. This is a team-oriented environment, with support from FOHmanagement and staff, we strive on creating the best experience possible forthe residents. In our newly launched signature dining model, our kitchens havebeen more quick-paced, emphasizing more on the ticket times but withoutsacrificing the quality of the cuisines. Individuals have to be highlyorganized and able to develop and coach his/her team to success. A bachelor'sdegree is highly preferred, fine dining and healthcare experience is highlypreferred, must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
