The Associate Provider Relations Coordinator is responsible for a range of activities associated with HouseCalls operations. The Associate Provider Relations Coordinator supports the functions of the Provider Relations Team and assists the Provider Relations Coordinator with workforce management of the HouseCalls Practitioners from a logistical and operational perspective. Employees in this position will gather information to assist in review of market data, manage the approval of HouseCalls Provider expenses, resolve day to day operational issues encountered by providers, and assist with travel requests. The Associate Provider Relations Coordinator reports to the Regional Lead and partners in supporting short and long term operational goals by executing on daily responsibilities and providing support to the overall team.Primary Responsibilities: Resolve operational issues that are routed to the Provider Relations team either telephonically or via e-mail Review and approve expense reports submitted by the HouseCalls Providers Assist with the creation and completion of travel requests for HouseCalls Practitioners Assisting with outbound calls to ensure practitioners have loaded required hours of availability Provide assistance to HouseCalls Practitioner field by quickly and efficiently addressing practitioner concerns Assist with the composition and review of production based reporting for HouseCalls regions Achieve performance metrics related to telephonic quality assurance Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel including basic formulas, analyzing data, filtering and sortingPreferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree (or higher)1+ years of Customer Service experienceAny experience with Workforce Management or Operational Support Experience with Data AnalysisCareers with Optum.
