Come and help us make health care better for everyone. Contract mandate specialist accountable for securing compliance across supplier contracts for goods and services. Review existing contracts for gap analysis and draft/prepare required contract language for formal negotiations.Partner with Global Business Services Sourcing Specialists to ensure compliance requirements are met.Serve as point of contact for compliance related inquiries. Analyze contract terms and identify risk level based upon agreed to terms as a result of negotiations. Own ongoing sustainability and tracking of compliance deliverables through a robust oversight program. Responsibilities: Develop tracking and oversight tools and methodologies to satisfy mandate requirements.Provide guidance to business partners to influence mandate compliance requirements to protect the overall integrity of member data. Prepare necessary reports and analysis of contract terms compared to compliance requirements for leadership preview. Lead, structure and guide business partner on mandate requirements during contracting process. Contribute to development of tools and techniques for business partners' use Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity Contribute to the analysis of complex situations, identify risks and contribute to the development of risk mitigation ideas Contribute to special projects Provide guidance to others in the dept
