Inside Sales Representative - Fantastic Team!
The Customer Experience Specialist will develop sales relationships with businesses or individuals to promote all lines of business for the company. The incumbent will generate sales of represented products and support existing clients, generate new clients, quote and enter orders, as well as assist with general customer service questions and needs. Description of Duties and Tasks: *Responsible for developing a customer base for waste divisions and assisting the other divisions as needed. *Acquire account confirmations and complete all paperwork needed to finalize the sales. *Follow up on web leads, sales leads and utilize the CRM system for lead management. *Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction, and ask for referrals. *Work with division staff to increase profitable new business and exceed customer expectations. *Attend periodic sales meetings, training seminars, corporate events, trade shows and fairs as requested by management. *Answer incoming calls as well as make outbound calls for sales opportunities and leads as well as other customer service functions and necessities. *Emphasize the company goal of paperless billing and converting existing customers to paperless methods. Skills: *Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships through developing constructive and cooperative relations with others, and maintaining them over time. *Ability to drive and conduct cold calls on potential commercial clients within an assigned territory. *Ability to sell and influence others - convincing others to buy propane services. *Ability to respond to new business inquiries/appointments during evening and weekend hours. *Possess verbal and written communication skills. *Proficient in computer applications. *Strong data entry and clerical skills. Knowledge: *Possess and process information - identifying commercial and construction information. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills. *Ability to work well as a team with division personnel and customers. *General knowledge of the Supply Chain processes, internal processes unique to Peninsula. *Proven teamwork skills and the ability to motivate sales and customer care team. *Skilled to handle customer complaints. *Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices. *Knowledge of call center telephone systems and technology, computer literacy. *Utilize creative problem solving skills to provide customers with best solutions to meet their needs. Computer Skills: Demonstrate proficiency using standard office software applications for business planning, work scheduling, and automation. *Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
