​​The​ ​Customer​ ​Experience​ ​Specialist​ ​will​ ​develop​ ​sales​ ​relationships​ ​with​ ​businesses​ ​or​ ​individuals​ ​to promote​ ​all​ ​lines​ ​of​ ​business​ ​for​ ​the​ ​company.​ ​The​ ​incumbent​ ​will​ ​generate​ ​sales​ ​of​ ​represented​ ​products​ ​and​ ​support existing​ ​clients,​ ​generate​ ​new​ ​clients,​ ​quote​ ​and​ ​enter​ ​orders,​ ​as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​assist​ ​with​ ​general​ ​customer​ ​service​ ​questions and​ ​needs. Description​ ​of​ ​Duties​ ​and​ ​Tasks​: *Responsible​ ​for​ ​developing​ ​a​ ​customer​ ​base​ ​for​ ​waste​ ​divisions​ ​and​ ​assisting​ ​the​ ​other​ ​divisions​ ​as​ ​needed. *Acquire​ ​account​ ​confirmations​ ​and​ ​complete​ ​all​ ​paperwork​ ​needed​ ​to​ ​finalize​ ​the​ ​sales. *Follow​ ​up​ ​on​ ​web​ ​leads,​ ​sales​ ​leads​ ​and​ ​utilize​ ​the​ ​CRM​ ​system​ ​for​ ​lead​ ​management. *Follow​ ​up​ ​with​ ​customers​ ​after​ ​the​ ​sale​ ​to​ ​ensure​ ​complete​ ​satisfaction,​ ​and​ ​ask​ ​for​ ​referrals. *Work​ ​with​ ​division​ ​staff​ ​to​ ​increase​ ​profitable​ ​new​ ​business​ ​and​ ​exceed​ ​customer​ ​expectations. *Attend​ ​periodic​ ​sales​ ​meetings,​ ​training​ ​seminars,​ ​corporate​ ​events,​ ​trade​ ​shows​ ​and​ ​fairs​ ​as​ ​requested​ ​by management. *Answer​ ​incoming​ ​calls​ ​as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​make​ ​outbound​ ​calls​ ​for​ ​sales​ ​opportunities​ ​and​ ​leads​ ​as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​other customer​ ​service​ ​functions​ ​and​ ​necessities. *Emphasize​ ​the​ ​company​ ​goal​ ​of​ ​paperless​ ​billing​ ​and​ ​converting​ ​existing​ ​customers​ ​to​ ​paperless​ ​methods. Skills: *Ability​ ​to​ ​establish​ ​and​ ​maintain​ ​interpersonal​ ​relationships​ ​through​ ​developing​ ​constructive​ ​and​ ​cooperative relations​ ​with​ ​others,​ ​and​ ​maintaining​ ​them​ ​over​ ​time. *Ability​ ​to​ ​drive​ ​and​ ​conduct​ ​cold​ ​calls​ ​on​ ​potential​ ​commercial​ ​clients​ ​within​ ​an​ ​assigned​ ​territory. *Ability​ ​to​ ​sell​ ​and​ ​influence​ ​others​ ​-​ ​convincing​ ​others​ ​to​ ​buy​ ​propane​ ​services. *Ability​ ​to​ ​respond​ ​to​ ​new​ ​business​ ​inquiries/appointments​ ​during​ ​evening​ ​and​ ​weekend​ ​hours. *Possess​ ​verbal​ ​and​ ​written​ ​communication​ ​skills. *Proficient​ ​in​ ​computer​ ​applications. *Strong​ ​data​ ​entry​ ​and​ ​clerical​ ​skills.
