**As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers to determine the most effective and efficient recruitment strategy for their hiring needs. You will provide full life-cycle recruiting for various career opportunities including technical and non-technical positions for locations throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, South America and the Caribbean.The successful candidate will:* Performs the full lifecycle execution of the recruiting strategy for our enterprise customers; this will include successfully recruiting technical and non-technical talent for our domestic and international locations. * Proactively develop strategic relationships and engagement strategies with identified universities, technical and diverse organizations and referral networks. * Reviews resumes and employment applications to create a short list of candidates to submit to the hiring manager. * Interview and screens applicants for technical competence, applicable background and skills, individual goals and ability to fit in the organization and function effectively. * Makes employment recommendations based on information developed through phone screens, on-site interviews, and evaluates data concerning previous employment record. * Prepares offers of employment, including relocation, ensuring a fair and competitive offer while maintaining internal equity. * Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of the hiring process. * Establishes weekly cadence reviews with hiring managers to ensure timely response to candidates and fill the position. Provides timely updates to lead recruiter. * Participates on project teams impacting Talent Acquisition function and completing tasks on time and on budget. * Facilitates the effective interaction & contribution of co-workers and hiring managers and candidates * Generates innovative ideas, solutions, and opportunities to improve the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition process and experience of the hiring manager and candidate. *Travel to recruiting events, training, industry conferencesAbout Aerotek:Our people are everything.
