Mary Kraft is hiring two HR Coordinators for our office in Hunt Valley, MD. This is a full-time, broad scope, HR Position.This is your chance to demonstrate creative problem solving techniques while educating our many clients about flexible, cost-saving staffing options. You will work with our HR Specialists to practice a wide range of HR competencies including recruiting, coordinating placements, handling skill assessments, personality assessments, inside sales, and customer service in a client relationship driven environment. HR Specialists and our HR Coordinators will interact with other members of our team daily to develop customized approaches to staffing, training, and workforce management. 4 Year Degree in Business, HR, or Communications (or related field) Previous experience in a Customer Service Role Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to multi-task and prioritize shifting needs effectively Interest and/or previous experience in developing lasting, client relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (MS Excel, Outlook, Word) Proficient in Typing
