Hospitality Assistant Manager
We are searching for great, qualified candidates for the Assistant Hospitality Manager position. The Assistant Hospitality Manager is primarily responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Focus: Manage the customer experience in non-food service areas of the store to ensure that Hospitality/TCF standards are being met to include inventory, promotions, services and sales. Managerial responsibilities of the Assistant Hospitality Manager consist of, but not limited to: .Assist the Store Manager in the creation of a positive store culture by providing input into the Recruitment, Selection, Training and Performance Management and Discipline/Termination of employees, especially those in self-serve areas..Provide input into scheduling of staff in the self-serve areas..Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner, especially those from self-serve areas to ensure service recovery strategies are implemented..Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures and programs for self-serve areas including store cleanliness guidelines..Ensure hospitality for all store customers by overseeing timely guest transactions, proactively implementing the Hospitality standards to support the customer's decision-making process, proper hosting and responding to self-serve product complaints to ensure service recovery strategies are implemented. . Complete end of day tasks. Complete end of shift tasks to ensure alignment top performance goals.. Oversee the proper placement, pricing and stocking of merchandise in the store.. Respond to Customer Service Shops in self-serve areas.. Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.. Perform the duties required of the Assistant Kitchen Manager in their absence.
