Provides administrative functions in support of talent acquisitions, including but not limited to Managing job boards to include job postings and applicant tracking system ("ATS") Coordinating candidate interviews and travel, as needed Preparing offer letters Facilitating and managing the background investigation process Preparing and coordinating H-1B and Green Card applications Manages vendor agreements and processes invoices accurately and timely. Assists with employee onboarding, off-boarding and orientation. Maintains ATS, HR and Biological Personnel Reliability Program ("BPRP") information and records, and compiles reports, as needed. Escorts candidates to customer sites and/or to locations required to complete pre-employment requirements. Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations. Maintains a safe workplace ensuring that he/she is aware of and observes appropriate safety and occupational health rules and regulations. Employee is required to attend safety training relative to his/her position and report any infractions of safety procedures to the facility Safety Officer. Performs light duties and other related duties as required and assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum three years of experience. Qualified to obtain entry privileges to military facilities. Experience working with ATSs, and ability to create and run reports. UltiPro experience a plus. Experience in onboarding and off boarding employees. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook Calendar. Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and customer service skills a must. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of Human Resources work. Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws. Strong analytical skills and highly attentive to detail.
