GDIT is seeking a Systems/Quality Assurance Engineer to support a large government contract. The Engineer will support an integration team that is responsible for release management, configuration management, requirements management and verification/test of modified software/COTS solutions.

 

Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

Qualifications 8-10 years of related systems engineering experience.

 

Required Skills:

    Experience validating requirements, user guides, and installation guides in a technical environment2+ years’ hands-on experience with Linux based systems (Red Hat versions 5, 6 preferred)Understanding of networking concepts, topology, and principles Ability to write and revise technical documentation Experience with software and COTS integration Experience supporting Quality Assurance and test teamsExperience working in an Agile (Scrum) environmentExperience implementing process improvement activitiesGeneral project coordination skills
Desired Skills:

    Experience using JIRA and Confluence Automated testing experience Previous experience in a Scrum Master role Understanding of IdAM
