Serve as the General Services Lead for a very dynamic and complex contract.  Works in partnership with the Program Manager and the rest of the Program Management Office to successfully complete all program tasks to include people management, problem resolution, and business development activities.

 

    Supervises assigned service area that has at least 80 staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including performance evaluations.Supports and directs program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.Responsible for identifying training needs and managing allocated overhead budget.Responsible for building a team environment and improving retention to include supporting the coordination and monitoring of sub-contractor activities as it relates to execution of program tasksDevelops, reviews, and approves training plans, schedules, and other program documents.Prepares consolidated monthly accomplishments for the assigned program service area for incorporation into the monthly contract status report Prepares other reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested. Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards. Participates in special projects as required. People management skills and issue resolution experience a must

Education 1. Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

 2. Professional certification (PMP) preferred.

Qualifications 10-12 years of related program management experience.
