    You must have one year Specialized Experience equivalent to the GG-13 level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private/military sector) giving the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position.  Experience must be reflected in your resume.
    Specialized experience required for this position is: 

    • Maintaining and updating intelligence oversight files and databases to provide tracking and accountability.
    • Developing, collecting, updating, and disseminating intelligence oversight training materials to support intelligence oversight training and education programs.
    • Supporting inspections, investigations, and reviews of intelligence components activities as they pertain to Intelligence Oversight.

    Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:

    1. Expert knowledge of Intelligence Oversight policies, doctrine, and processes to develop and/or recommend Organization's policy, plans, requirements, directions, and priority of efforts.

    2. Skill in applying complex Intelligence Oversight issues not susceptible to treatment by accepted methods

    3. Sophisticated and mature ability to communicate verbally and in writing in order to present sensitive Intelligence Oversight findings and recommendations to the Senior Leadership and Staff Elements.
