My client is a growing, global technology company with a reputation of excellence. This Human Resources role is an exciting opportunity to join their talented corporate offices in Dulles.JOB SUMMARY: The HR Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the management of all Human Resources Management Systems and the administration of our Compensation Programs. This position will also be responsible to produce all analytics needed for the Company's budget process and Year End Salary & Bonus Processes. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Inputs, maintains, audits, extracts, manipulates and analyzes confidential HR data from ADP-Workforce Now. Runs periodic audits on ADP-Workforce Now. Provide training to company wide on the use of the HRIS. Serve as the primary point of contact to research, resolve system issues. Review, test and implement new system if necessary. Administer the annual performance review process. Coordinate with HR Business Partners and managers to conduct compensation survey. Ensure the competitiveness of the Compensation Programs. Responsible for the Year End Salary Review and Bonus Calculation process, and communications to managers and employees. Generate compliance reports such as AAP, EEO-1, VET. Work on special projects and other human resources responsibilities as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Bachelor's degree with 3 years progressive HR generalist experience Knowledge and experience in implementation and administration of HRIS - ADP Intermediate to Advance knowledge of MS Excel, and Word. Able to handle large data sets Ability to organize, prioritize and complete multiple tasks under tight time frame Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional Communication skills, able to work with all level of staff
