In addition, the incumbent will develop and recommend new policies, processes and tools to support compensation and benefits programs across all employee populations. RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides comprehensive analytical, design, and communications support. Works collaboratively with internal compensation and benefits staff, internal project teams, and/or external consultants on a variety of projects.Serves as an internal subject matter expert in competitive trends, regulations, and program design through research and ongoing professional learning and development. Supports the annual compensation survey process, assessing global survey needs and sources, and negotiating global contracts. Coordinates with HR Shared Services to ensure execution of all compensation survey requirements.Negotiates global volume discounts with vendors. Working with regional Compensation COE leaders, ensures that annual salary structure review schedules are developed and completed in a timely fashion.Evaluates executive level jobs using established evaluation system, and recommends grades. Manages market pricing process for these jobs globally (base, bonus, and incentive plans)Prepares reports, displays, and presentations in support of Management Committee or Compensation Committee meetings.Conducts research and analysis in support of design of benefits programs and equity compensation programs, either executive or broad-based.Participates in development and delivery of training and communications materials for managers or employees and insures that policies and procedures are developed/maintainedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Finance or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of compensation and benefits experience in a large organization with at least 2 years of experience analyzing and designing (or redesigning) compensation or benefits programs/processesExperience analyzing data and making decisions / driving change based on the findingsAbility to solve problems within a range of possible solutions with some ingenuityProficiency with Microsoft software applications (Excel, Word, etc) and database managementExceptional verbal and written communication skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**STRONGLY PREFERRED** Experience with design and administration of equity compensation and executive compensation, including proxy preparation Advanced computer skills including specific experience with SAP or other HR management systemsCCP, PHR, and/or SPHR CertificationMcCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
