BDC / Cashier / Customer Service AssociateApply to be a BDC Representative with our automotive team today!Responsibilities: BDC Representatives follow up with customers and field calls for the service department. BDC Representatives support online customers by setting appointments. Commit to gaining in-depth knowledge of customers and their vehicles, and assist them with status updates while their vehicles are in for service. Follow all cash handling procedures Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service, have excellent communication skills, and want to build a career as a customer service representative working with exciting new products, we look forward to talking with you. Previous sales experience, customer service, or sales training is a plus. Dealership experience is a plus, but strong customer service experience is our top priority. Must be flexible for nights and weekends Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career. Call center experience a plus. Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (ie, a "people person") Excellent follow up skills. Computer and internet proficiency is necessary.
