Cvent is looking for an experienced Senior Manager/Manager, Solution Marketing to help drive the continued success of our market-leading events management and marketing platforms. As Senior Manager/Manager, Solution Marketing, you will be responsible for promoting the use and adoption of Cvent's Supplier Network to new and existing users of Cvent's events and meetings management platform. In addition, you will be responsible for expanding indirect sales via our third-party partner channel. Solution/Product MarketingLead the development and execution of B2B integrated marketing programs and campaigns promoting the use of Cvent's Supplier Network solution to buyers and users across the Event Cloud. Responsibilities include:Working with sales to define campaign goals and objectives, target audience, messaging, and marketing mix/tactics which support sales and business objectives.Creating and executing global lead/demand-generation campaigns to the global Event Cloud (mid-market and enterprise) working with the sales, product and customer marketing teams and the Global Demand Center.Defining and managing the development of sales enablement assets such as toolkits, marketing collateral, and training support materials.Channel MarketingLead the development and execution of B2B and B2B2C integrated marketing programs and campaigns for events & meetings management technology products to facilitate sales through the third-party partner channel including:Working with the Partnerships team to define campaign goals and objectives, target audience, messaging, and marketing mix/tactics which support partnership and business objectives.Creating and executing global lead/demand-generation campaigns to the third-party partner channel working with sales, content and the Global Demand Center teams.Defining and developing partner program assets such as toolkits, marketing collateral, and training support materials.Analytics and Budget ManagementDeveloping and managing the budget for marketing programs, tracking expenditures and reconciling monthly.Analyzing, benchmarking, and reporting on marketing funnel metrics, marketing initiatives, and product sales results.Proactively work with sales, partnership, product and customer marketing teams to develop effective marketing programs5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in content, field or product marketing with software solutions company or at an agency; Meetings/Travel industry experience a plusProven track record of developing messaging and positioning for software productsExperience working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lead/own projects, collaborate and prioritize demands from various departmentsExcellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and analytical skillsUnderstanding of how to influence leads as they progress through the marketing/sales funnelExperience with Salesforce.com, Marketo or other marketing automation platformsBA/BS in marketing or closely related field. MBA is a plus
