*Only QUALIFIED candidate will be considered*Aerotek is currently hiring for multiple HEALTHCARE call center agents to support and join our client near Glen Burnie, MD.Job Responsibilities:Answer a very high volume of inbound calls in regards to membership eligibility and coverage questions.Verify coverage, eligibility, member information, and other information on each call.Answer 100+ inbound calls a day.Qualifications:Stable work history2+ years in a call center environment is requiredExperience working with various healthcare insurances highly preferred.Additional Information:These call center agents will go through 16 weeks of intense training. After training, agents will be scheduled on their 11:30-7:00PM shift. SHIFT IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.About Aerotek:Our people are everything.
