The selectee for this position will serve as a Administrative Officer in the Office of the Judge Advocate General of NLSC.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with several personnel/management programs in order to monitor compliance, research and provide answers to complex questions and resolve issues; Experience with the operation of personal computers and software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite Products and standard commercial spreadsheets, databases, presentation and desktop publishing software including Microsoft EXCEL, Word, Access, Power-Point sufficient to prepare various documents and reports.
Have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, three full years of progressively higher level education leading to such a degree, LL.M., if related.

Must be able to obtain an interim and/or final Secret Security Clearance prior to entrance on duty AND must be able to maintain the required level of clearance while employed in the subject position.
