Responsible for all aspects of hiring and onboarding employees in both non-exempt and exempt positions. Assistance with HR duties as assigned by HR Manager. Assist CFO with various accounts payable related procedures. Primary Responsibilities: Partners with CFO and HR to determine staffing needsScreens resumes, interview candidates, administer assessments reference/background checks, make recommendations for hire and deliver employment offers.Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates. Uses resources to attract quality candidates such as career fairs, on-line postings, network events, etc.Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (ie benefits, compensation, etc.)Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews.Works with CFO/HR to ensure compliance with all federal/state law and regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partnersVarious aspects of accounts payable function including preparing vendor invoices for paymentMail merge documents as neededMinimum Physical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periodsAbility to use computer keyboard and monitor for extended periodsOther Functions and ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications, Etc.Minimum of a high school diploma2-3 years' experience in the human resources fieldBookkeeping experience or equivalentWorking knowledge of basic human resources laws and standardsStrong organizational skillsAbility to communicate well across all levels of the organizationProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordMust be 18 years of age or olderThis is a full time position hours of work and days are Monday through Friday
