Ultimate Automotive is hiring a telemarketer to work in our on-site Business Development Center. The primary job responsibility will be to contact Internet and other prospects via telephone/text and e-mail with a goal to schedule dealership visits leading to vehicle purchases. Auto sales experience is nice, but not needed. A teachable personality and friendly disposition is more important. Previous telemarketing experience helpful, though not required. Strong communications skills, written and verbal, is required. The primary responsibility of the job role is telemarketing, though some communication may be via e-mails, text messages, and video. A professionally casual appearance is acceptable, as there will be direct and indirect contact with Showroom guests. This will be a full-time role with an hourly payplan, including a commissioned leg based on appointments who visit the dealership and appointments who become sold customers.
