SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Recruiting Operations Analyst to join our Recruiting Department at our operational headquarters in Reston, VA. The Recruiting Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing the SOSi Applicant Tracking System and working with the department to maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics. The Recruiting Operations Analyst will also be responsible for working with the Director of Recruiting on budget tracking and reconciliation of department expenditures.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Researches and analyzes operational, financial, and administrative data to assist the department in evaluating cost, schedule, and performance within estimated time frames and budget Monitors expenditures associated with the department, including requisitions, expense reports, consultants fees, etc.; assists in quality control for all travel authorization requests, requisitions, expense reports and contract agreements Reconciles and tracks time sheets, expense reports, and independent contractor agreements; serves as Time sheet Coordinator for the department Serves as the system administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Schedules and coordinates internal and external client meetings Works closely with the finance department to assist the Director in cost control tracking and reconciliation of department expenditures Interfaces with Program Management, Human Resources, Security, Contracts, and other support staff to streamline and expedite staffing process Develops and maintains training program for ATS and conduct quarterly refresher training Researches and reviews performance data collection, compilation, and reporting systems for redundancies, conflicts, methods of utilization, and make recommendations to standardize data management and improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of data and reports Assists the department in developing and maintaining both divisional and program Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Assists Recruiting personnel and Proposal team during proposal process Participates in projects performed by the Recruitment Department Performs other duties as assigned by managementSOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Recruiting Operations Analyst to join our Recruiting Department at our operational headquarters in Reston, VA.
